Professor Cheung Hon Yeung is currently a Full-time Associate Professor and PhD Supervisor in the Department of Biomedical Sciences at City University of Hong Kong. He previously served as a Member of the Biotechnology Committee of the Industry Department of the Hong Kong Government, a Member of the Court at Hong Kong Baptist University, a Visiting Associate Professor at the School of Professional and Continuing Education of the University of Hong Kong and the Department of Pharmacy of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, as well as a Visiting Professor at Georgetown University in the United States and the University of Sydney.
He has published more than 250 academic papers, 90 of which are indexed in top international SCI academic journals. Professor Cheung Hon Yeung was awarded the 2014 Ishidate Pharmaceutical Education Award in recognition of his contributions to the fields of pharmaceutical education, research, industry and services.
Professor Cheung is also the Editor-in-Chief of the Hong Kong Pharmaceutical Journal, which serves as a continuing education channel for pharmacists in Hong Kong and across Asia.
